Pink Cotton Candy Records is a small, friendly DIY Copenhagen-based micro-independent record label - run by members of the Danish chamber-rock/avant-folk band, Quiet Sonia - releasing alternative, experimental music primarily from our local underground scene. We are non-genre-based in our musical curation and committed to adventurous, emotionally resonant, and free-thinking music.
We care about depth, intention and consequence in artistic work: presence, attentiveness, immersion and intensity in composition and performance. We have a huge passion for music that has a singular aesthetic vision, feeling and language; that which draws selectively and meaningfully on the past and present, and dares to point towards the future; that which becomes its own artistic consciousness, an alive and breathing organism in it’s own eco-behavioral circuit.

We have a fondness for physical media, especially vinyl, venturing into cassettes, and we sell our music through Bandcamp as well as a range of specialized Danish and international stores and online mail orders.

Our core values are autonomy, solidarity, sustainability and community. We don’t accept any form of discrimination, abuse, or offensive behavior. We fully support the Music Climate Pact and stand behind the Danish Musicians' Union, UMAW, and similar organizations in their efforts to foster a fairer music industry.
